Our Surprise Valley ranch near Cedarville is perfect for families or groups and is horse friendly. You will find the accommodations at Fandango Ranch to be private, spacious and welcoming. Our ranch backs to BLM land on the north and east ward into Nevada. 

Our (your) three bedroom, two bath house is outfitted for a stay for two to 8 persons. You will find every convenience of a home including kitchen with equipment and dining table. Living room with TV, Satellite programming, wireless internet, and comfortable furnishings.

Your horses can stay at the Ranch, too! Let us know and we can pre-deliver feed to the stables by the barn. There are plenty of places to ride on and off the Ranch and plenty of parking for your horse trailer.

Surprise Valley communities retain that authentic Old West flavor introduced by the hardy and hopeful pioneers who settled this area in the mid-nineteenth century. Cattle ranching, alfalfa hay production and tourism fuel our local economy. Cattle drives still take place across open terrain and along valley byways – so be sure and have your camera handy at all times when you come to visit.
